"Very small room. NO AIR CONDITIONING UNIT in double standard room - a fact I didn’t know until I went to check in. Friendly staff, they provided a complimentary breakfast for the lack of air con. Luckily there’s a small fan in the room which helped a little but this really needs to be changed as the heatwave was unbearable. The hallway is also very hot to walk through. The double standard room is the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in - Premier Inn and Travelodge are bigger in comparison"

"Elevator had problems for sometime.
Breakfast was really good
My room Was great
But the best part of my stay was Yamuna at the front desk. She is a Gem. Knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic and helpful.
This location is off my way but will come back just because she left a lasting impression. Yamuna was Is excellent"

"The best capsule I have stayed in London. It’s brand new and hope it continues to be well maintained. Gender specific toilets and showers which is perfect. Stairs to the top bunk are awkward so you have to be careful, one wrong move and it’s a wrap! Great communal area, wish there was more seating and also couldn ’t locate luggage room on my stay,maybe this need better signage."

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great.
The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room.
The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions.
The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out.
After complaining to the front desk, all the issues were sorted the following day.
