"AC was inadequate, limited control, wasn’t comfortable for sleeping, didn’t cool room well enough. Bed too soft, had a topper. A fan in the bedroom might have helped."

"This property should not be advertised on Expedia. The room we were in had roaches. The air conditioner was not on upon arriving therefore the room was incredibly stuffy and too dinghy. The neighborhood was very shady and did not feel safe. Not a very nice place."

"Check in was easy. Parking easy. Room had a sink thar wouldnt drain, door had a gap between it and the frame and the beds the floor may have been more comfortable they where as hard as a rock. Plus is it had a fridge and microwave."

"Worst stay of our lives, felt extremely unsafe, lots of suspicious goings on all night. Very run down. All in all quite traumatic. Checked out early and as soon as possible. Pictures on expedia/hotel site bear no resemblance to the actual rooms, look at independent reviews. To be fair Expedia have followed up on our complaints. Do not book here is our advice."

"Clean hotel in a good location for what I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The valets were fast. One of the two elevators was not working, but they provided signed access to the two staff elevators to make up for it."

"This a lovely hotel with a sky high atrium. The beds are very comfortable. The room was quite small and the bathroom small with a weak shower head but it’s all newly renovated. It’s quiet and right in downtown Bethesda next to the metro with theater and restaurants in walking distance"

"For the price, this was not a good value. You have to pay for parking, internet, and breakfast. It was ok."

"We have stated here in the past and always love to come back when visit DC. My only negatives this time was the hotel seemed very busy and crowded and seemed a bit understaffed. Restaurant services was slow and servers inattentive; valet and check in also took sone time but staff very friendly. The bathroom also had a slight sewer odor from sink or toilet, not sure. The pool was very crowded so did not swim."

"I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service."

"I liked how close it was to almost everything and everywhere I needed/wanted to go. The rooms were clean as well as the hotel itself. I would probably stay again unless I could find another in the same vicinity but with actual gratuitous amenities such as fresh coffee and continental breakfast. I didn't like that there was no complimentary breakfast/coffee offered. Not sure if the gym was an "amenity" since I didn't want to pay to use the treadmill. Where there actually an gratuitous...
