"Huge disappointment!! Money spent not worth the experience. Phones down couldn’t communicate with staff on site. Tents are filthy, need to be deep cleaned. Dusty and dirty. Cobwebs in almost all the corners. Dead bugs all over the light fixture in my shower. The grounds leave a lot to be desired not groomed at all. Not picturesque at all!! "The staff was great, very helpful and willing to help with an issue if it came up. The environment is clean and well maintained. The room was on the smaller side but had everything needed. Lots of closet space to hang clothing.. The bathroom is huge. Lots of storage and counter space.. we will certainly return as we are frequently in NY..specifically Brooklyn."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

The hotel was modern and nice, not the most central location, depending on what you have to do in New York City, but offered a nice view of the Brooklyn Sunset Park neighborhood, central location to public transportation, great food, and great community! Loved it!"
