"Our stay had a string of issues. The air conditioning was broken, and with no lift, I had to ask for help carrying my luggage upstairs due to a hidden disability — initially refused until I explained why. The only fix offered was one remaining small desk fan; staff were pleasant, but that leaves other guests with broken AC with nothing.

"The hotel was a bit dated. However it was clean and breakfast was adequate. The spa/ pool was average but clean.
The staff were not particularly helpful. A request for a late checkout was immediately met with a response £10 extra charge. When I asked for another towel at the pool, to replace the wet towel, this was denied. Small personal extras could have made this stay feel luxurious but instead it felt like a budget stay."

"Our stay at New hall spa was amazing! We were a group of ten celebrating my daughters hen weekend, everything was so relaxing excellent food and facilities! Couldn't fault a thing will definitely visit again."
