"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Loved the decor and updated feel of the property. Convenient to the monorail as a travel option and within walking distance of other main attractions. Attended the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere and about a 20 minute walk each way (for reference for those events). Casino area was bright and well lit and bartenders friendly. Loved the Bell Service attendants - they were very friendly. Utilized self check in/out with no issues. Only issue was we didn't have housekeeping one of the days but...
