"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"My stay was good overall. The location is great—right in the center, so it’s easy to get around and access everything nearby. One thing to be aware of: they charge for the drinks placed in the room. Even if you don’t actually drink them, you can still be charged if you move or touch them. It’s a good idea to check the items and prices ahead of time, because they may add those charges at the end."

"Had great front desk and bell and valet staff. Took housekeeping a couple of hours to deliver the sheets for the pullout bed for out child (well past her bedtime). We liked that there was 2 bathrooms but didn't like that there was a coat of pink slime on the floor of one of the showers. Opted for a late checkout and was locked out of room when we returned from the event we were attending. Probably would rather try out a different hotel next time in town. "
