"Our last stay at IHG was in Miami, and we decided then that IHG was our new favorite hotel. San Francisco did not disappoint! We were provided a very spacious corner room with an outstanding view. The area is very walkable, close to transit, and the sidewalks are free and clear of the obstructions that plague other areas of the city. The staff was very friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. "

"Always a good experience at The Marker. Easy, prompt, and polite check in which always leads to an enjoyable stay. The lobby and grand staircase is always an experience and elevates my stay every time. Appreciate the VIP perks, sad a room upgrade wasnt available, the suites are always a nice treat! Rooms can be on the smaller side and don't always come with a view, but the unique decor and layout allievate any space issues. Close to Union Square, BART/MUNI, and various restaurants. "

"Hotel is old but clean and the staff are friendly. Location is great. Close to shopping and lots of restaurants. Hop on, hop off bus tours only a couple of blocks away in Union Square. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty small, as is the closet space. We didn’t have a car so not sure about the hotel parking."

"This was my first time staying at The Inn, and it was a complete nightmare. After checkout, I was shocked to see a $50 charge on my card for a “missing umbrella”. Something that was never in the room, that I did not take, and that was completely unnecessary on a sunny day. I spoke with multiple staff members, but each gave me the runaround. I asked to speak with a manager, but management was completely unreachable. The hotel’s handling of this charge was completely unacceptable. They have no...

"I enjoyed this place a lot. The retro look is fun, wooden card keys are neat, great staff and good views from the room. Mixed opinions on the room. It’s great by most standards I suppose but small, with a narrow hallway for hangers on one side and the sink the other etc… cool lighting… the sleeping area is quite small, bed takes up most of it. The lighting is eccentric and the switches tough to figure out / hit or miss. Looks cool though. The room was quiet mostly. There was a couple next door...

"Around 40 minutes from the airport and only a few blocks from the metro station. Everything you need is a few minutes walk from the hostel. Property is a great deal and was safe.
