"The hotel has a lovely location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the food, particularly breakfast. It used to be so good but has gone downhill. This wouldn’t put me off returning because the bedroom refurbishment is greatly improved and the staff are so nice."

"I had a beach view room with a balcony. I didn’t go on the balcony much because it was not the cleanest really, there was bird poop stains. The room itself was ok, fairly comfortable but the valance sheet on the bed was filthy at the corner where it dragged on the floor.
