"This was a 1-star experience—definitely not worth the money. The rooms are outdated and poorly maintained. We were promised a balcony but didn’t receive one. The baseboards were coming up, and the shower rod was literally pulling out of the wall—it was broken. The TV was the smallest flat screen I’ve ever seen. Honestly, I’ve stayed at Motel 6 locations that were in much better condition than this. The advertising is completely misleading—they do a great job making it look better than it actually is. I will not be staying here again."

"The hot tub wasn’t hot. The walls are paper thin. The resort maybe better than the motel across the street. But was not at all What I expected. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at this location. It is a very dated location with few upgrades. Beach access is easy Pool is spacious Cleanliness is needed for sure No amenities (not even pools towels) There are much better options out there.. we found it once we arrived and checked in. Will definitely explore other hotels if we come back to panama beach again. "

"Not handicapped accessible, heat didn’t work on the coldest night there. I had to clean before we settled in. Mold around the shower."

"Breakfast was excellent although redundant as the same things were offered on an every other day rotation. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The shower from the beach did not work well and the pool seemed dirty every evening. Our biggest letdown was loungers and umbrellas were not included with the stay. Staff said that was a recent change. The parking was somewhat inconvenient having to cross the road to access the garage. It seemed the hotel was crammed into a spot which probably was the cause for parking and the garage shared parking with a shop. It is however within walking distance of many shops and eateries. It is within walking distance of the west pier and pier park. We will be going back but plan to look at other hotel options for the future as this hotel had nothing that stood out from the ordinary so if we find a cheaper option we will go with another choice."

"This place had very limited parking, my room had this very old and moldy smell upon entrance. We were scared for our lives on that run down elevator. Really needs a total upgrade. However the pool was nice and clean "
