"Enjoyed the amenities and great location 5 min walk to NEC. But had the worse couple of nights there due to noise. First night was what can only be described as a heard of elephants trying to jump into our room, very creaky floorboards and can hear everything through walls. Second night there was a party going on directly below us in the basement… complained about the noise after 10pm sounded like we were sleeping next to the DJ box , thumping music when trying to sleep as up early. "Had a really wonderful stay even though it was only for a day. The room is clean and surprisingly spacious, good pool and steam room. Breakfast spread was good too. Looking forward to coming back soon."

"A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price."
