"Perfect, comfortable stay in central Bristol. Spacious, clean rooms with huge shower and beds and well-functioning A/C (essential in a heatwave!). The hotel is a short walk from Cabot Circus, King Street etc. making it perfect for a girls night out, with discounted off road parking available too. Didn’t have food at the hotel during our stay so cannot comment on that, but we got a free glass of Prosecco each which was divine! One of the towels was quite frayed and had holes and a few more room...

"Room was not clean, dirty tables, dirty and dusty chair, towels provided had someone else’s sock in them, bed had someone’s birth certificate, rolling papers and other garbage under it. No do not disturb sign missing. Staff advised me to email and claim a refund, still waiting for response other than automated email 96+ hours later. Would not recommend this hotel."
