"What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. Fabulous air conditioning which was needed. Excellent high pressure shower with a larger than averagr cubicle. Refreshing to have so many places to sit and relax thanks to sofas and chairs. Excellent choice for breakfast and food was fresh with a large variety of choice. Overall i would say i would...

"Hotel looks very old and dirty. Carpet in the room ugly and extremely dirty. Only beds and towels were proper clean. Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee."

"The room was pretty standard which we expected, but no fridge or hairdryer. The shower had a constant drip, the bathroom had an odour. The basin had a crack in it and when the room was cleaned the used mugs were not changed but rinsed out as there stains from previous use."

"Perfect location for our trip to Windsor Races. Although they dont offer breakfast there's a great cafe right opposite the car parking."

"2 day stay . Very bad smelling room even after 2 days with window open. Its clearly been lived in by a smoker and a sock was still covering the smoke detector. Really uncumfortabke beds and dirty stained sheets and matress. No lamps no cups, spoon or coffee. Even had to tune the telly myself. Very strange types walking around the corridors would not recomend. Staff were nice enough when i spoke to them. Im not the complaining type so just loughed if off as a bad experience never to be repeated....
