"In the city centre, so accessible and walkable to transit , restaurants and a Sainsbury right across the road. Unfortunate there was a heat wave and there was no AC so was uncomfortable trying to get some sleep , older building so you can hear lots of footsteps and talking in the hallway, otherwise its good enough for a one night stay."

"The property wasn’t ready when we arrived for 3pm, eventually ready at 5pm. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on so we could not refrigerate anything for several hours, the doors were left closed so when opened the fridge smelled awful & very unhygienic. "I rarely write a bad review. I have stayed in many Britannia Hotels & traveled widely in the 3rd world. I did not feel safe either in the room, or entering the hotel, witnessing a drug deal in the alley just feet from the front entrance with an open stairwell access to rooms.
