"We stayed here for 1 night. It was walking distance to anything you could want/need. Also convenient to cruise ports. Staff was friendly. The room however had dirty floors, very musty smell, tons of dust caked on vents. The bathroom had a horrible sulfur/sewage smell that only grew worse with showering. It was so bad we had to keep that door closed. "

"The elevator was not working. Very very difficult to go up and down the stairs. We were on the 5th floor. My partner has asthma and recently had surgery. With an elevator not working, it made our stay bad!"

"Very disappointing trip. Physical plant needs an upgrade. No amenities in the room not even a shower cap or a bar of soap. So many rules. Enforced for us for example no water bottles allowed at the pool. But smoking was not allowed however people who were smoking cigarettes by the pool nothing was said to them. I communicated this to Charlotte the AI Concierge and she never responded. "

"Broken elevator, apparently for weeks! And since we were on the fourth floor, that made it extra fun to carry our luggage up and then down the next morning. We arrived several hours early due to our cruise, but could not get into the room until the normal 4:00pm check in. They held our luggage though, so that helped. Nice location, great cafe and pastry place across the street. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and huge shower and sink area. "

"I want to warn people who are considering this hotel for their stay in Miami Beach. We were there last weekend and were given a room that had a view of an eight foot wall - so no view at all. This should have been clearly identified on the booking site.Why would one ever choose a room with no view. The room was clean but the walls of the swimming pool were covered with mold - clearly no one had cleaned the tile in at least a month. It was likely a health hazard. So, if you're heading to Miami Beach you should choose to stay somewhere else."
