"This is an excellent property with the most gracious staff I've ever encountered. We upgraded to a Club suite - that was totally unnecessary. I didn't pay enough attention to the amenities, which we did not use. Also, the room we had was directly across a narrow portion of the pool and guests had direct view of us on our porch or our room. That was the only negative. Otherwise this is an excellent spot."

"1. Beach-beautiful, no seaweed, beautiful shades of turquoise. 2. Food-excellent-best restaurants-Magna-Basmati, aroma and the Asian one, forgot name. 3. service-beyond excellent 4-grounds-perfect not one piece of litter found 5. Aldo from the concierge was phenomenal, hooked us up at the beach everyday. Excellence resort please acknowledge employee. 6.room service avail 24/7 made sure coffee and pastries arrived everyday at 7am, was beautiful. 7.swim up bars offered top of the line liquor, staff was amazing. 8. Beach view was outstanding, could not count all the shades of turquoise. 9. Entertainment-phenomenal. Silent disco, dance party and Illusionist was the best, still cannot figure out how performer did things. Left us all amazed. 10-please get excellence upgrade, makes a huge difference. 11. Very calm resort, no parties just a place to enjoy quiet honey moon, relaxing stay, just couples late 20's 30-60's lots of LGBTQ couples-resort and guest very open and accepting. If you're thinking about it, just do it. You won't be disappointed."

"We were impressed with the cleanliness of the resort. The friendly and helpful staff. My first time in Cancun and it was beautiful. Access to the beach was easy and the area well maintained. Pools were kept clean and easy to get to. The food was amazing. The morning buffet, the cappuccino bar to the five choices of restaurants in the evening. "

"Rooms where awesome with ocean view but there was a catch, the lights on the porch automaticly come on at dawn until around 11 pm which made the jet tub a little uncomfotable. The food was really bad. At the buffet some items remained all day round when it was supposed to be cycled three times a day. Portions at the resturant where very small, you needed to order two. Then when you ordered two the waiters would get frustrated. We left the resort three evenings for dinner at a cost. Excursion food off the resort was verrrry good. The alcohol drinks where a struggle to take down, way to much sugar mixed with bottom shelf watered down alcohol. If you wanted top shelf you had to tip BIG or be apart of some infinity group which was a scam in itself. If you go dont get pulled in to a sit down to here about infinity, waist of half of a day. The lobby bar was the only one that offered some top shelf options without the hassle. Be prepaired to claim your seats for the pool or beach very early in the am or you will be outta luck. Cabannas by the ocean are totally worth it, 100 usd a day with a waiter non stop and some really good food that is offered no where else on the property. As far as the staff goes we really meet some great people. Fernando and Victor at the beach where the best! Fredy at the front desk was very helpful. "
