Hosts and staff were lovely and very helpful, including meeting us where the taxi could drop us and walking us to the riad, and helping us carry luggage when we left (even if we didn't need it!). Location can be a bit hard to find without guide so accept the help on arrival. Also be aware in Marrakesh some walkways in the medina near the square are closed at night so know your routes. It's about a 6 minute walk to the nearest gate area, where taxis and food are available, and a 20 minute walk to the Jemaa el-Fnaa -- Google Maps will get you anywhere you want to be.
