"This was our second time staying at this hotel. Always welcoming and very clean. Love the location as I grew up in the area, One thing it really bothered me was when there was an earthquake at 2am, there was no announcement. The next day I asked the front desk what we were supposed to do and we were told that it was the best to stay in room as the hotel is built to tolerate the earthquake. That's what we did, however I could hear a lot of people came out to the hallway from the confusion and figure out what to do. This was one thing it bothered us and it seemed the staff did not care about the guests. Regardless, we love staying at this hotel so we will come back next year."

We were only there for a night so we didn’t get to use the spa or other amenities, however the restaurant had great food. Also, the seven eleven on the main floor is very convenient!"
