Rooms good. Staff excellent. Martini bar amazing and great spa. Wish the VIP excellence rooms and area was monitored more. A lot of people in our area that didnt belong so it was a party everyday..... all day in front of our room. Very loud.

Wait staff were excellent. Room was only okay, shower didn’t operate properly, TV didn’t seem to work. When i tried to call the front desk, there was no dial tone. Food was good but got tired of it fast. Hardly any chicken main courses.

Let’s start with the not so good. It took over an hour from the time we got to the hotel to get checked in and shown to our room. We did notice as we finally got checked in that we got a different colored wristband than everyone in front of us but the person checking us in did not make any mention ...
