THE RISE OSAKA UNIVERSAL BAYSIDE
Very clean and spacious (for Japan) and is close to universal. That is where the positive stops. Check in time on website is 2pm but it is actually 3pm, and you cannot leave luggage so we were stuck waiting and wasting our day.
