"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "

"L'albergo si trova in ottima posizione vicino al Palazzo di Westminster con fermata autobus e metro vicinissime e vicino anche a locali per poter fare colazione. Inoltre locale molto pulito e silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia. Consigliatissmo!!"
