Hotel Riu Palace Kukulkan - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Spent seven absolutely amazing days here. I chose the elite club option and Iwas absolutely delighted with the service and quality of that experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated in a modern aesthetic. The room was spacious, loved the bathtub in the room. The spa was great and the gym is small (3 treadmills, 3 exercise bikes, a few weights and other machines) but just enough. The Elite Club Restaurant was the cherry on top of the entire experience! Such great well executed food with a fine dining service! A few staff stand outs are Elio at the Elite Club restaurant and I can’t remember the name of the waitress at the Elite Club bar by the pool—they both were exceptional ⭐️ Only downside of this location is the beach: rough waves, immense sargassum everywhere, red flags and no swimming every day I was there. I will definitely return to this location, perhaps a different time of year, when maybe mother nature allows the beach is a little more accessible."

Moon Palace The Grand Cancun - All-inclusive

"I love this property from top to bottom. Rooms - The rooms were large, beds were comfortable and didn’t smell musty. Pools - so many of them! We came because of the waterslides and lazy river and never even ended up using them because there were so many other fun pools. There’s an activity pool that had water volleyball and other games with a swim up bar. There was also an adult only pool club that played excellent DJ music all day long. I have never danced so much in the pool before! Beach games and activities. My son played beach, flag football, soccer and volleyball while we were there. There was always so much to do. best part was you do it all through an app on your phone where you can make reservations for restaurants and sign up for any activities and then it puts a daily agenda together for you so you don’t forget. There is a karaoke bar, speakeasy called the library that made incredible drinks and a wired game room with plenty of things for teens. There’s also a disco club on site. I would absolutely return here and if you stay at the grand, you can use all three resorts with shuttles that constantly run between the three. One day we went and listened to a live rock band playing at one of the other pools. Don’t hesitate you need to book this place! We didn’t have enough time to do all the wonderful things we wanted to do."

"We always stay at the Riu hotels in Cancun. We were excited to try out the new Riu Ventura. And as always we were very impressed as always. The staff is amazing, the room is very clean and ample space for the 3 of us. Food was delicious. The only thing we would like to see an improvement is on a shaded smoking section and more chairs to sit in while smoking. Other than that we give Riu a 10 . We’ll be visiting again soon I’m sure!"

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only

"This is my 6th time vacationing there! Rooms are clean and amenities are good enough. It’s the best playground for adults only. Food is okay. My favourite restaurants are Sutra and Sea Flirt. The waiters and bartenders are the BEST!!! The playmakers know how to keep the party going. My only minus point is the long survey they ask me to fill out when checking out. Hopefully I can opt out of doing that next time."

Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun - All Inclusive

"The staff was great the food was amazing for a all inclusive but the hotel needs a major renovation, the rooms are stale and old. At some point you need to replace things and not paint over them. If I had a lot of kids and wanted to make sure they ate well this is the place, I guess I couldn't get over the age of the property."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Riu Cancun, but there are a few areas that could be improved. * The food selection felt repetitive, with many of the same options available every day. * Some liquor brands and drink options were not consistently available, limiting guest choices. * The property could benefit from more trees and shaded areas to provide better protection from the sun, especially around the pool and outdoor spaces. * The sports bar needs more seating and additional space, as it can become crowded during busy times. The staff were friendly, and the location is excellent, but these improvements would make the guest experience even better."
