I would defo stay here again when visiting Lombok. The staff were absolutely excellent and was a pleasure to have stayed there. The food at the restaurant was really good too as well as the spa being great."

"Lovely hotel. Brand new and clean. Great staff! Loved our breakfast choices. They helped me retrieve my loss necklace that had fallen out of my bag the night before at dinner. Front desk gal was wonderful and assisted me with that. We felt that our bed was a little bit too hard so they padded it for us. That was really cool that they went out of their way to make us happy and service our every need! Amazing sunset location at the beach! "

"We loved our stay at Villa Nero! Staff were very kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again! Google maps did unfortunately take us down roads that were not paved the first time with our luggage. Not anything to do with the property itself, but we do recommend going the route with paved roads when you're wheeling your...

"Lovely property, extremely attentive and friendly staff, healthy food options and great location. Complimentary bikes to use daily. All of the staff remembered our names and helped us throughout our trip. Highly recommend doing the sunset cruise on their private catamaran. My husband and I felt like royalty. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Lumi is THE best hotel on Gili T. The cottage we had was amazing, great value for money and the staff were lovely. I cannot recommend this place more. "The hotel is modern, nice designed room, super friendly staff, easily accessible rooms, pool is nice. The hotel wasn’t up to my cleanliness standard I’d give it 8/10 as some limescale etc but still good. Location is the best part, 1 mins away from the port. Overall I would recommend!"

"The property looks like the listing. Clean, nice staff, good breakfast, amazing pool. It is not in a walkable distance and you need a driver because there is no parking on the property. It will need to have maintenance on a regular basis, otherwise it will not age well… Overall good deal."
