"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."

"Great location. Convenient access to three different underground stations. Right in the theater district, and close to covent garden, which was a cool place to grab a beer and watch some buskers. Walking distance to all the obvious tourist spots: West Minster Abbey, Big Ben, London Tower, etc. Right by the river. I would stay here again."

"This was an excellent hotel on a budget. It was a fantastic location, and it felt very clean and nice. Of course, the room is tiny and basic, but it was exactly what we needed for this trip where we were only in the room for sleeping, anyway. I would highly recommend the Z Hotel to anyone traveling to London who doesn’t want to spend money on an extravagant hotel but who also doesn’t want the hostel experience of shared bathrooms."

"Very helpful staff who put me in an upgraded ground floor room. In the heat in London at the moment, I can’t tell you just how grateful I was for this. It all worked well. Clean, quiet room with a nice bathroom and a good shower. Would recommend and will return."

"This was an amazing stay. We were here for almost 3 weeks and never was there a point that I thought we weren’t taken care of. It was easy to do the laundry which was very accessible, the staff were quite responsive if we needed anything and it was such an amazing property - both in terms of the location and the stay itself. "We were given a ground room as e had luggage we didn't want to haul with no lifts. The room was too small, and had its single room opened on a light shaft. There was a nice skylight though, which brightened up the room. The bathroom was too small but clean. The whole building rattles when a train passes in the Tube underneath. The bed was too small for two people and the rom had no AC. So sleeping was uncomfortable."

"Room was small but clean with a comfortable bed and big tv. Shower was powerful enough with plenty hot water - slight issue with attachment holding shower head in place as it kept falling down - maybe needs replaced. These rooms always have an issue with hanging clothes. Maybe needs some new ideas for this. Overall though would stay here again."

"Location of this property is wonderful. We had a large room, upgraded for free, which looked out across Kensington Garden. Very quiet hotel, never heard street noise or any other room noise. We would definitely stay here again. Whole Foods is also just a block away."
