"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy...

"amazing absolutely amazing, the staff were ALWAYS professional and kind and the rooms trash+ towels were always changed every day and the hotel is very very clean. there’s several train stations near this hotel within a 10 minute walk that will take you all around tokyo, there’s a 7/11 right down the road not even a 5 minute walk, there’s a washer there that also pairs as a dryer with english translations and a few vending machines on site! this place is literally a hidden gem in the busy city...

"This hotel is less than 1 km from Tokyo Station. There are numerous restaurants and shops close by. The staff were exceptional. We got a twin room to save some money and the room was smaller than we were used to as Americans but the set up is very functional. If you are looking for an affordable nice hotel in a great area, this one is perfect. They do have bigger rooms available at a higher cost if you need. "

"Nice and cool on a hot day. Very welcoming reception-- staff and area. Rooms are small (but maybe big for Tokyo?) We only stayed one night. It's walking distance to a metro station. That said, to get to a major hub (Tokyo, Shinagawa) with luggage it's a bit of a haul. For our flight back from Narita we took a cab to Shinagawa (about 2000 yen) to catch the Narita express. "
