Hotel dekat Air Terjun Laurel

"Everything was great! I feel the rooms could have been cleaned a little bit better, but other than that everything else was great!"

"The room was clean, and the breakfast was good with plenty of vegetarian options. However, it would have been helpful to have a cabinet or wardrobe to store personal belongings."

"We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. "Highly recommend"

"The property was clean and taken care of"

"Sitting on the balcony to listening to and watch the river was very pleasant. The street noise was unavoidable and the garage parking situation was also unavoidable but was available."

"It was very nice. They are renovating the premises. I love the balcony with the rocking chairs"

"Great location! Nice property near amazing pancake house!"

"Staff very friendly. The room was in terrible condition, the carpet super dirty and the bathroom in very bad condition, we couldn't even use the jacuzzi. There was also too much noise when people from other rooms opened the water."

"Great for the price clean room shower great hot water can walk to all of Gatlinburg from room"

"Repeated loud banging noises, apparently from the plumbing, made it nearly impossible to sleep. I woke up several times and felt exhausted the next morning. A restful night is a basic expectation of any hotel stay, and unfortunately, that expectation was not met. Unless this issue is resolved, I would be reluctant to stay here again."

"Sweet little clean hotel. It has all the amenities you need. However, something that was very misleading is the fact that they advertise breakfast, when they really do not provide much. They barely had any breakfast available, first come first serve. Just some dry cereal and pre-packaged muffins, not even bagels or bread were available. Besides that good hotel over all."
