Cari Cottage di Akumal

"The property stuff was excellent, but the property is lacking a lot of maintenance."

"Beautiful suite! Kitchen was well equipped and staff was friendly."

"Enjoyed the stay"

"This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there,...

"Fatal este hotel es muy solotario, muy aburrido, comida muy mala hacer reservaciones para comer es un problema fatal fatal el Personal es muy grocero"

"Excellent value and service for money but had some downsides - rooms are not renovated in Sian Kaan (yet), phone wasn’t working, a bit too much spa and add on services advertising even after purchasing a spa treatment (staff is very polite though!). "It was to spaced out, beach very small and dirty, rocky too.meals were terrible, hard to get a French fry, some of the buffet you had a job to get something for your plate that you liked.wasn’t pleased with the entertainment, very poor planning, not much if anything for late night, most shows over 9 pm,definitely not a spot to go for a party.Best meal we had was off the resort. That says much about the place.Definitely won’t be back !!"
