"It is a quite unique hotel. If you do not expect the Hilton it is a real deal. It is quite old but clean and the staff is very kind. The breakfast was phenomenal! The entrance is a shocker and the rooms have a 70’s feel but everything is maintained just quite old. They are clearly doing their best with what they have and providing what is most important: good service, a very low price and there is nothing like home cooked delicious breakfast in your first night in Alaska. "We are vegan so the food offered there wasn’t really for us, but the tea was nice. It’s close to downtown. The toilet & shower are up off the floor - seemed unsafe, but we did okay and for what we were in Anchorage for, the stay was okay."

"The room was small but had nice furniture and clean and confortable bed. It was quiet but it did not have a bathroom. The bathroom available was doen the hall. It was clean and i had a good shower. The staff were nice and helpfull. The breakfast was included and very tasty, it was a good surprise. My room was pet friendly. The wifi in the room was good. Parking was avsilable across from the hotel."

"This is a lovely and quaint bed-and-breakfast in Seward. The location is good for exploring the historic downtown area with the shops and restaurants. There is a city shuttle if you wanna go further north in town for some excursions. Most excursion companies also offer a free pick up. It is a much better neighborhood to stay and then uptown. Sara and her staff operate this property and take care of your every need. The morning, hot breakfast to order was outstanding! We enjoyed fresh fruit...
