"What a gem of an hotel ! The staff are the star and heart beat of this place . Nothing is too much trouble , they are all super friendly. A huge shout out to Sonia and Larissa on reception also Juan and Jose on front door and bar . We had a fabulous room on the third floor , greeted with a carafe of port . The afternoon tea is also a hi-light , so good to come back and enjoy the luxury of local cakes , tea or coffee all set in the relaxing bar area . The cleaning staff ensure your room is well...

"Loved the design and ethos of this place which provided a great base for exploring Lisbon for a few days. It’s a 15 minute walk to all the action and a few minutes from some decent cafes and bars. Close to tram stops and it’s easy for taxis to pull up right outside. Rooms are well designed with nice touches such as Bluetooth music, coffee stations and water jugs. Shower worked well. Opted to have breakfast here only one day - very average but good value for money. Would happily stay again...

"The location was perfect for walking to the canal, restaurants, and shops. Pastry and coffee shops within 3 min walk. Rooms are small, bathrooms newly remodeled so, very clean, bedding comfortable. Noise from the street activity below was a problem. On a Monday night in March, shoppers and drinkers were noisy until 1 am. Its a small boutique hotel, so getting away from the street noise would be difficult. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay."

"Sehr schönes kleines Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber für jeden etwas dabei. Das Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sauber. Manko - das Zimmer war zur belebten Fußgängerzone hin ausgerichtet - bis ca. 22:30 Uhr laute Livemusik und ab ca. 07:00 Uhr Anlieferungen etc."
