"Great location, you can easily walk to nearby shopping areas, and if you get tired, it’s convenient to go back to the hotel for a rest.
The hotel is super clean and quiet, and the bed is very comfortable.
The room is cleaned only once every three days, which is a little less frequent than expected.
There seemed to be a shortage of staff when I needed help carrying my luggage to the room, so I had to make two trips to bring all my belongings upstairs."

"We stayed previously in the Kyoto property which was very impressive. We wanted to stay in this Asakusa Onyado Nono while in Tokyo. It was overall very good but we still rate the Kyoto one above this. The difference is in the finer details. For example, there appears to be more food selection in the breakfast.
Location-wise it’s good as it’s a few steps from Sensoji temple and all the activities and shopping in Asakusa. On the other hand, unless you take taxi or Uber directly to the hotel,...

"Great value for money. We booked a room for four people (two adults and two kids) and it’s doable that way but not necessarily recommended. Price via Expedia was very affordable for same-day booking so we expanded and got a second room for a couple of nights there. Nice breakfast service - really enjoyed that. The breakfast area is a lounge the rest of the day so my family came back once or twice to play card games there while we rested from sightseeing. Is a slight hike from the subway station...

"Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. The room had a strong musty smell, and both the couch and rug were noticeably dirty. The bathroom was extremely small and difficult to move around in, and our bathtub was clogged.
The hotel was also somewhat hidden and farther from nearby attractions than expected, which required extra walking. Another inconvenience was that the air conditioning only stayed on if the room key was left inserted in the light switch.
