"This is my second time staying at this property. I loved it the first time and I loved it even more this time. The room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and up to date. We were on the quieter side this time away from Geary. We didn’t use any of the amenities however my children did use the big chair in the lobby extensively. I also used the water station which was cold and filtered. We ate at Frederick’s several times throughout the stay for breakfast. The food is ok, my only complaint...

"Stayed in the room with detached bathroom because I didn’t read the description closely enough. The room itself was tiny and had no exterior windows. (I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. "There are a lot of hidden fees as well as unsafe conditions at this hotel. First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. On the way to the parking garage, we saw several cop cars and someone being arrested. My family, which included an 8 year old, got to the hotel in the evening after eating at a restaurant, because our flight was delayed, and had to walk 6 minutes to the...

"The photos of the hostel rooms felt spacious but actual room was very small and not the same as in photos though very helpful staff and love the hospitality"

"The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious pet friendly which was a nice plus, another highlight was that unlike other hotels we were able to leave bags at the concierge even after check out , it allowed for us to stroll around city at ease and not worry about that , same with valet for the car , overall was a great stay , only downside I would have to say is that the pool is across the street in another hotel so that was not convinient but i would return 100%"
