"This is my second time staying at this property. I loved it the first time and I loved it even more this time. The room was a good size. The bathroom was clean and up to date. We were on the quieter side this time away from Geary. We didn’t use any of the amenities however my children did use the big chair in the lobby extensively. I also used the water station which was cold and filtered. We ate at Frederick’s several times throughout the stay for breakfast. The food is ok, my only complaint...

"Hotel was conveniently located near a BART station. Fun interior and the game floor has a photo booth. Only complaint about the room was the two windows looked into the opposite hotel room across the way. Could not have the blinds open so no natural light."

"Wonderful stay! The only downfall was not being clearly labeled and visible from the street. I would not have guessed that we would have to enter a door that was labeled as a restaurant. To have to take another “loop” around the block, takes so long because it can’t actually be around one block, to almost miss it again, but thank God I could just back up that time. Would definitely stay again and now that I know, I know how and where to check in."

"There are a lot of hidden fees as well as unsafe conditions at this hotel. First, we were not aware that we would have to pay for parking which was about $35 for the night, and the closest parking garage was a six minute walk from the hotel. On the way to the parking garage, we saw several cop cars and someone being arrested. My family, which included an 8 year old, got to the hotel in the evening after eating at a restaurant, because our flight was delayed, and had to walk 6 minutes to the...

"Stayed in the room with detached bathroom because I didn’t read the description closely enough. The room itself was tiny and had no exterior windows. (I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom mirror wasn’t clean when we arrived. The shared space was nice, but the water dispenser stopped working and the coffee wasn’t really drinkable. Maybe the...
