"The room was big and the bed comfy, with the staff friendly, however having just reopened it is in need of some work. One wall mounted socket (head height) for a TV coffee machine and a kettle, with the kettle cord not reaching the plug was not good. The amenities were lacking in the shower, and there was rust on the frame holding the wash hand basin in the bathroom. All of which was disappointing. Also £20 for breakfast was a bit steep!"

"Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard. Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again "

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"I requested breakfast but was told they didn’t do it anymore. The stairs were cramped with 2 turns and inadequate/absent rails. We did not meet any staff. There was a note saying how we could ring them. The hot and cold water at the wash basin were plumbed in the wrong way round. I did not see any indicator for which was hot or cold. It matters because this is where you fill the kettle. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm."

"Excellent stay with an extremely friendly check in with a lovely lady called Joy on reception. Room was very spacious and quiet with a modern, clean bathroom and great shower pressure. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of free parking, nice restaurants and bars nearby as well as shopping. Will definitely stay here again when flying from Birmingham Airport."

I had requested a quiet room prior to booking as I needed to get work done and specified that but on arriving I was booked into a room with a crying child and family. To move I had to upgrade and pay for it which is a bit unfair considering I’d requested this prior to attending. The staff member said they couldn’t help that. I think they could. "I only stayed for one night but it was the perfect location for a wholesome day and evening in Warwick. Everything you need and comes with continental breakfast too. If you want a lovely spot for a coffee and an pastry in the morning pop into TwoBros Coffee just a short 5 minute walk down into the city centre."

"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was when returning to my locker in the spa changing rooms the key broke in two whilst trying to get the locker open. I had to ask someone to inform staff who then got the locker open eventually minus a pound. The lockers were in need of updating."
