"We didn’t stay for very long, but the room was clean and beds comfortable. It took a while for our room to warm up, which was a little annoying as we arrived at the hotel very late. However, the gentleman at reception was helpful and managed to sort it out from reception . The staff were all lovely and, as mentioned in previous reviews I’d read, the breakfast was great! Overall a nice and comfortable overnight stay"

"Check in was great, polite and efficient. The room was OK. Breakfast Saturday was ok but below the normal standard of a Holiday Inn Express. Sunday the breakfast and service was dreadful. Saturday morning we had no teaspoons but Sunday, there were no plates, no knives or forks. The sausages were anemic, completely undercooked, there were no hash browns, no beans, no scrambled egg. The tables weren't being cleared, when the plates did eventually turn up after a long wait we then find that...

"Property was convenient for Stratford. Bed very comfortable. A great selection of quality toiletries. Owners were welcoming and advised us of recommended places to eat prior to our visit. As we were staying on a Saturday evening we were able to book a table in advance at what was a very popular venue. Would definitely stay when in the area in the future."

"The room was big enough with enough hanging and drawer space. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. Everything was immaculately clean. Our room was at the back so it was very quiet The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We could not have asked anything more of this hotel."

"The complementary hand soap and shampoo containers were empty upon my arrival and did not get refilled when I brought it to their attention. On the other hand they provided me with lots of ice and decaffeinated tea when requested."

"Had a pleasant overnight stay in Stratford. Hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Very short walk to everything to see in Stratford. Had a couple of minor issues in our room that the helpful staff fixed up right away. Couldn't ask for more. Comfy bed and hearty breakfast. Good value all round"

"This is a lovely small boutique hotel with rooms that are quiet and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We were there for an event at the castle and would stay here again if I was in the area."
