A couple of minutes from the Thames and a great river walk, to the Tower in one direction and to Westminster in the other. Wonderful staff: knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, proactive, and caring. "This is a concept hotel designed for traveling professionals, not a good choice for families: the air conditioning is scant and the in room laundry machine is confusing to operate without any instructions (none were provided). Also, many of the usual hotel amenities tend to be scaled back and managed for the convenience of the staff instead of the guests. The location however is great with access to London’s best food markets and the Shard and Tower Bridge area. If all you need is a crash pad...

"Air conditioning worked great during the London heat wave of 2026. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows could be better. Need to furnish instructions for the washer/dryer. Concierge staff seem a little young and not very knowledgeable of London. We still enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again."

"I have stayed here before, and would recommend it in general. What I did not appreciate were the repeated check in messages that said action needed, click to pay. I had already prepaid through Expedia. The hotel is part of a chain called Numa, and Expedia and Numa seemed to be jockeying for info about check in. Annoying. Staff were great. A/C was great. Especially during the heat wave. Bathroom was very clean but wood floor was not especially clean. Some kind of nuts or seeds were present."
