"Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible and we got a free upgrade to the penthouse!!! Absolutely breathtaking views and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in London. Beds were very comfortable- I wish I could go back there today and just enjoy the hotel, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. "Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Amazing location, food, service and staff"

"We mainly went for the spa facilities for a birthday treat. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent."

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"We really enjoy the decor. The breakfast was great and the staff really friendly. Clean room and all areas where spotless !!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing."

"Great location and great staff."

"Very nice place to stay. The little apartment had everything we needed, centrally located and right across the street from a train station. Staff was polite and accommodating. Well worth the price. The apartment had a lot of space, good little kitchen and very nice updated bathroom."

"Perfect"

"Bedroom was a good size. Lovely and clean, great view of the shard, good facilities had everything we needed including ironing board, iron and hairdryer in the bedroom. Breakfast was brilliant, good quality food and plenty of options to choose from. Overall a very good stay and would happily return"
