"Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

"AC didn’t blow cold. Room was at 23.5c when set to 19c. Shower stunk of mould. Oven required a degree to operate. Finally, the bed was too short for me at 6ft tall, my feet were hanging over the edge. I had to pull it forward to clear the wall mounted headboard. The pillows are also rock hard. This hotel had great potential for being a regular for me, but has failed. Also, another one on the list with bathroom extraction that doesn’t work"

"Nothing worked. They had to change my room three times. The first one AC didn’t work the second one no AC no telephone then management move me to a third room which was an upgraded room. Things did work in that room then they wanted me to pay the difference for this day, I didn’t choose the room that was the only room they had where things worked. The staff was very overwhelming rude but I think it’s just from their culture maybe not sure strange"

"Thr location of this hotel is fantastic. Steps from major attractions and the Underground. The extra space and a kitchen was very nice. We experienced a similar issue as others. No sheets or covers for the pullout bed. We spent almost an hour chatting with the host to find some only to be allowed to grab some from another room. We also had some issues with cleanliness. The drain in the shower was pulled out and full of hair. The dish rack was dirty, etc. Just made you question the...

"I’ve stayed at this hotel 5 times over the last 4 years and had a really disappointing stay during my most recent trip. I’m not sure if there has been a management change within the last 10 months, but I found the staff far less friendly overall throughout the check-in/out process, and unbelievably rude in the restaurants located in the hotel. Although the rooms are still nice and the location is very convenient the experiences with staff within the hotel will probably deter me from staying here...

"The suite was spacious, quiet & clean. The kitchen well equipped. But no outlet near a mirror to dry your hair, the bathroom was SO narrow and the shower soaks 1/2 the bathroom. The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."
