"This is not a five star hotel. The bed and room furnishings (which were run down) were mediocre at best. It takes more than free chips and soda pop (free mini bar which it is not) or a button you can press for do not disturb to be a 5 star. I expect luxury accommodation, this isn’t even close. "Every staff person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and professional. The apartment was small but suited our needs. The combo washer/dryer took forever to wash/dry a load and settings were difficult to understand. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation."

"First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you."
