"This hotel is amazing. We enjoyed everything about our stay at V&M. Centrally located in London City with short walks to tube station (Mansion House), St Paul’s and the bridge to cross over to Burrough Market. Rooms were top-notch. Complementary snacks were a nice touch."

"Excellent hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were very nice size and very comfortable. I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant or the breakfast, but the gym was very well appointed. The best part is the awesome location. Just blocks away from Tower of London and right next door to the medieval St. Olaf'a church. Highly recommend getting a tour of that as well. Free water in the room. The only thing that would have made it better is if I had a view. But that's pretty...

"Everyone should stay here at least once in their life if they come to london often. Dinner at TING was delicious the wagyu brioche bun was the best wagyu I've had in a long time"

"The hotel service could have been much better. We had to request items like towels and cutlery multiple times before they arrived. It was also very dusty in the room, as in a layer of dust on some of the furniture. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and the location was great. My only other gripe was the television options; no option for streaming channels, etc.. A nice hotel overall, but not a 5 star experience by any measure."

"The room was very expensive, very well located but very small (no room to put the suitcase and I was single). The window blinds was stuck and the room door can hardly be open from inside the room (I called the desk and showed the employee the tricky way I found how to open it)."

"Breakfast great, hotel quiet, multiple doors to exit was easy to stay away from reception lines. Overall ok, better for vacation than business travel. No place to meet a client, like a lounge. Only one seating area by the front door too busy, one couch, very tight space. Cento is a great restaurant I’ve been to before while not staying there. Many staff visible in and around the property, all pleasant."

"The suite was spacious, quiet & clean. The kitchen well equipped. But no outlet near a mirror to dry your hair, the bathroom was SO narrow and the shower soaks 1/2 the bathroom. The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."

"ロンドンシティの真ん中にあり地下鉄数駅からも近くて便利　3泊して3日間とも夜の予定で一旦夕方に部屋に戻るため、3日間ともタオルもシーツも交換がなかったためフロントにタオルだけもらいに行きました　私の英語力の問題もあると思います"
