"We had a fantastic stay at the Cheval Three Quays. The apartments are spacious , have spectacular views on the Thames and all the amenities you can possibly as for. The location could not be better with a Starbucks and Pret Manager right across the street , access to the Uber boat within a 2 min walk and easy access to public transportation. The staff were very courteous and they made sure we had a comfortable stay . We will definitely be returning on our next visit to London ."

"This is a concept hotel designed for traveling professionals, not a good choice for families: the air conditioning is scant and the in room laundry machine is confusing to operate without any instructions (none were provided). Also, many of the usual hotel amenities tend to be scaled back and managed for the convenience of the staff instead of the guests. The location however is great with access to London’s best food markets and the Shard and Tower Bridge area. If all you need is a crash pad...

"I have stayed here before, and would recommend it in general. What I did not appreciate were the repeated check in messages that said action needed, click to pay. I had already prepaid through Expedia. The hotel is part of a chain called Numa, and Expedia and Numa seemed to be jockeying for info about check in. Annoying. Staff were great. A/C was great. Especially during the heat wave. Bathroom was very clean but wood floor was not especially clean. Some kind of nuts or seeds were present."
