"The property and rooms are beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. However during our stay the weather was quite warm, around 26C, but the air conditioning in the room was very poor and did not cool the room, so we barely got any sleep. Out concerns were not addressed by hotel staff - we were given a fan, but this did nothing. There was no attempt to move us to an alternative room or fix the problem. The hotel is probably amazing in situations where air con is not needed."

"Everyone should stay here at least once in their life if they come to london often. Dinner at TING was delicious the wagyu brioche bun was the best wagyu I've had in a long time"

"The hotel service could have been much better. We had to request items like towels and cutlery multiple times before they arrived. It was also very dusty in the room, as in a layer of dust on some of the furniture. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and the location was great. My only other gripe was the television options; no option for streaming channels, etc.. A nice hotel overall, but not a 5 star experience by any measure."

"The room was very expensive, very well located but very small (no room to put the suitcase and I was single). The window blinds was stuck and the room door can hardly be open from inside the room (I called the desk and showed the employee the tricky way I found how to open it)."

"The hotel was very beautiful, the lounge and cafe at the front are beautiful and the room is very cool. The rain fall shower and laundry machine were very nice and helpful. The staff is very friendly and I love that they held on to our bags after we checked out so we didn’t have to carry them. Only thing was the room was somewhat dirty, the kitchen garbage was full from the previous guests and under the bed was dirty and had things from previous guests"

"The suite was spacious, quiet & clean. The kitchen well equipped. But no outlet near a mirror to dry your hair, the bathroom was SO narrow and the shower soaks 1/2 the bathroom. The a/c was freezing or off and the lights are on or off for the whole suite (can’t have the lights on in the living room without having them on in the bedroom)."

"ロンドンシティの真ん中にあり地下鉄数駅からも近くて便利　3泊して3日間とも夜の予定で一旦夕方に部屋に戻るため、3日間ともタオルもシーツも交換がなかったためフロントにタオルだけもらいに行きました　私の英語力の問題もあると思います"
