"What a fantastic property. The best vacation home we have ever stayed at, across many we have used in various parts of the world. First, the home is just beautiful. The views are great. The facility is maintained flawlessly. However, the biggest difference is the staff. A fulltime staff of 10 people under the supervision of Kadek ensure that you are treated like royalty. "The host for Villa Wirada confirmed our stay in Dec. 2024. Just prior to our travel, the host wrote to say 'sorry I double booked your dates' and I'll find you a like property, which I agreed to. BIG mistake. The property he booked us in was disgusting on every level. fecal matter in the toilet, musty smell in the rooms, dirty sheets, no clean water, etc...he billed us the same price for Villa Wirada, which I imagine is nice. This guy is shady..beware. We checked out of this pit, he wouldn't...

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...
