Cari Resor di Ubud

"everything was amazing, the people, the food the room so amazing"

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"Don't stay in Ubud center. Very noisy around with clubbing music and so on. Hotel bit disappointing with the service and facilities around."

"All the staff great and very helpful, in my opinion because hotel is new I think not 100% ready to rent out, the road to small for 2 way car to pass and no parking for car , early morning roasters woke us up, if you guys don’t mind roasters sounds that would be great place to stay, after all we like to stay at Santa hotel because of staff so nice and pretty nature view"

"First day Hard to Find locations. you can reach only with bike or walking"

"Really relaxing villa, lovely grounds and staff really attentive and nice"

"Compared to the low price of the hotel, its fine. But they need to maintain it more…it felt like a hotel that was abandoned and wasnt looked after… for example the wooden decks on the floor were all brocken, the pool wooden beds had no mattresses etc…"
