"A little hard to find but really nice. We enjoyed the stay. So easy to communicate with the manager. It was easy to get grab food to this villa. We were pretty close to a lot off good stuff. It was really nice. Bathroom stinks a little at first but after letting water run it was fine. No on suit bathrooms but that wasn't a big deal. Wifi was decent for basic stuff. Highly recommend. Great place to chill. Not near the ocean but wasn't a big deal. "

"We booked the volcano panorama villa, and I'm so glad we did, because the weather was too cold to use the main pool which isn't heated. The hotel had a free shuttle to 2 near by spots, and you could also book paid tours for other spots. We took the free shuttle to the lake and the wangiri picture spots, the guide took amazing pictures, and then took us to an extra location which was a coffee plantation, they gave us free tasting of all their teas and coffees. "We loved staying here, the staff made us feel very welcome and were quick to help us out. This is a great place for staying if you want to stay around the villa and relax, there is no need to leave the villa while you are there. If you want to go out you can access a driver through the villa staff. "
