"Stayed for 10 days in May. Clean modern tastefully furnished hotel. Very nice exterior, which is usually a good sign of the interior. Excellent stay, excellent service, nothing to complain about. Everything was up to standard. Great value for money. It's been a while finding a place like this.

"We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. The location near Victoria Station and many good restaurants is great. Would definitely stay here again."

I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

"This hotel has the perfect location to explore London. The staff is extremely nice and we felt very welcome. Especially the front desk agent that checked us in and also checked us out, went above and beyond. He was very kind, paid attention to our needs, explained everything in detail, was very empathetic. The best employee!! Also the doorman had a big smile for us every time we would walk by. he also recommended a great coffee shop. The room was beautiful and I am very grateful for the hotel...

"The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning.
When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off.
Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."

"Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night. Other than my room was nice, clean, calm and quiet which I enjoyed and it had clean halls etc. Though I never got room service the whole 4 nights I was there."
