"The usual hotel that I stay at in London was fully booked, and I'm so glad because I've found this absolute gem of a hotel. Location was perfect, next to everything.
Check in was seamless, I ended up coming earlier than expected and they had a room available for me. The hotel is clean, well taken care of and has an elegant luxury to it. The room was spacious, clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was AMAZING (with a Japanese toilet!).

Basics necessities . The bed however was as hard as a brick and because I was the ground floor I had a door as my window and the blind wouldn’t pull down so I had light always shining in my room plus the police presence was horrendous always blue lights outside my door/window and people loitering around where if there wasn’t a blurred glass would be looking straight int my room.
Staff were lovely pleasant but wouldn’t stay again due to uncomfortableness of the beds...

"ピカデリーサーカス駅から徒歩2-3分の好立地で、バッキンガム宮殿、ウェストミンスター寺院、ビッグベン、大英博物館など主要観光地が徒歩圏内なのでとても観光しやすかったです。
ミュージカルなど劇場街でもあるので、鑑賞後夜遅くでもすぐに部屋に戻れました。
部屋にはミネラルウォーターとフルーツ、ティーバッグやショートブレッドも用意されていましたが、毎日なにかしらの補充不備があったため、フロントに追加をお願いする必要がありました。
水回りはとてもきれいで、備え付けのソープ類も非常にクオリティが高かったです。
夜まで賑やかな街ですが、長期滞在なのでなるべく休めるようにと上階の部屋を割り当ててくださり、大変感謝しています。
次回ロンドンを再訪する際もまた利用させていただきます。"
