All staff was very friendly very welcoming. Food was phenomenal and if you sit by the pool, make sure you sit with Patricia she is absolutely amazing. She helped to make our stay one of a kind. "

No me gusto que no hicieron la limpieza temprano tuve que reportarla para que hicieran la limpieza, no recogieron el servicio del desayuno y la comida que sobro estaba echandose a perder, algunos meseros se molestan si no dejas propina."

"Todo muy bien con la propiedad. En mi casa yo no sabía al 100% que era un Hotel de descanso y está más enfocado para extranjeros . Yo iba con amigos y no lo disfrutamos al 100 porque no puedes hacer ruido a ciertas horas (lo entiendo) etc. Es 100% familiar , muy padre todo "

"The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Their Buffet was terrible. Food was dry and sitting too long. No variety. They would close 2 pools in the evening and all guest had no option than to all be in one pool , but they advertise 3 pools. The jacuzzi temperature was more like a warm bath that a hot jacuzzi. The main pool did not have any music playing during...

"Pasamos una experiencia increíble, Sota es un espacio en el que puedes conectar con la naturaleza, desde pavos reales, gallinas hasta un pequeño cenote privado en forma de corazón que fue lo que más nos gustó. Las habitaciones están preciosas, duermes y puedes ver las estrellas. Fue el aniversario de cumpleaños de mi novio así que tomamos una cena privada al lado del cenote, fue maravilloso música, velas, el sonido de la pequeña cascada que hay en el cenote. La verdad lo recomiendo 100 de 100"
