"Loved the place. The kids loved the pool. Laundry facilities was handy. Sauna and cold tub was great. Rooftop was lovely to watch the sunset. Road is still being built so the driveway is tricky to walk but we just got gojek with the kids. "

"Our stay was incredible! The staff were so amazing and helpful! We were able to arrange transport to and from the airport with Jimmy! Adit was so kind to welcome us when we arrived and explained everything to us! The property was incredible. Our room was spectacular, such a dream! The location is a close walk to lots of cafes and shopping as well. Highly recommend this place to stay! We so hope to be back!"

"The staff was wonderful & friendly. When we first arrived we thought the location & hotel looked wonderful but unfortunately the room didn’t work out for us. It was rainy season & it was extremely moldy & musty smelling. I had an asthma attack within only a few minutes of being in the room & had to leave. My daughter developed a very bad headache in a short time frame as well. The staff was very understanding & concerned & helped us with Expedia to refund our money. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give.
