When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours.
