"We had a really great stay here—it was a pleasant surprise! The room was quite spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it’s generously sized, not the usual small type, which made for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!"

"No buggy car service, if you with child or old parents, better not choose the ocean front suites and above. The service is EXCELLENT, thanks to all the team/staffs of anantara for the best service. Hotel location is Great for the honeymooners who choose stay in the room, but if you want to go out to visit other places, its not really recommend. "

"Kebetulan kami mendapatkan view kepantai dan kolam renang, sehingga kami pagi
pagi dapat melihat mata hari terbit, dan suasana liburan kami seperti berada diluar
indonesia krn banyaknya tamu2 dari luar indonesia sangat menyenangkan, dan

"We (Me, my wife, my sister and her husband) choose this accomodation after long search on where to stay for our year end trip (total 6 days 5 nights). My sister and her husband arrived a day before me and gave me review and what to expect.
The management gave a heads up that this hotel is still in soft opening period, only 10 out of 30ish villa are ready, and we are one of the longest staying guest to date.
Staffs were incredibly friendly, we have a dedicated "butler" called Wayan, he...

"i was disappointed with the service start from check in. When we arrived at the hotel at around 2pm, we were given a choice to wait for a room view ocean view of just anyroom that is available, and we choose a room with ocean view as we will be staying for 3 nights. After waiting for about 2 hours at lobby without aircon, when we asked again, they told us that the room was not ready, we have to wait another 2 hours. I was so upset because we are very tired. we fly in from melbourne, in which we have to wake up at 3am in the morning. Then we settle for a not so good room, and it was noisy, near construction side. Another event that happen is that the room was supposed to be cleaned when we lelt for lunch, but when we came back at 4,30pm, it was not cleaned at all. I was upset again. The room has alot of mosquitoes, I have so many mosquitoes bites. The breakfast was not great at all. For a Aud600/night this hotel is a rip off. Not worth at all and I would not recommend it. This the worst hotel that I ever stayed"
