"What i likes about this hotel was that I was central . Close to everything shops a restaurants etc. Cleaning crew was very good . Bathroom was spotless . Bed was well made clean ."

"It was good , as it had free car park , shops near , and quite enough space within the room . Bad stuff within the room was the tv was very old so could do with update. Was lampshades in the room however, wasn’t no switch around anywhere . And the bathroom lock was very hard . Plus the bathroom outlet wasn’t good as bathroom would get soaked from shower ."

"I stayed overnight at The Regency Hotel for the 80s night. The event was great. When I first went in I was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. The reception was prompt to provide a new room which was close by. This was a lovely room but I found out later that it was the incorrect room. I had paid for a standard double room but was given the single occupancy room which was a cheaper style. I am currently waiting for the manager to get in contact as queried this when I vacated the room. ...
