"Exceptional service! We lost a phone in a taxi at 2am and the staff assisted in contacting the driver and recovering the phone quickly. They went above and beyond. They also do laundry for free, and we had breakfast included. The location is great for accessing tourist sites, and there are many food options nearby. Would highly recommend!"

"Location is perfect, and in such a big city like Beijing this is very important. The hotel is very clean."

"All the staff were so nice and helpful! The housekeeping lady was especially friendly. She even tucked in my little Peking duck plushie that I left on the bed. Such a sweet gesture! Will definitely go back if we plan on going back to Beijing."

"Ein Klasse Hotel, mit tollem Personal und einem großartigen Service. Die kostenfreie Möglichkeit zum waschen der Kleidung war für unsere Reiseplanung ein dickes Plus."

"Our room was spotless. The customer service at the front desk was excellent, and the food at the restaurant was also very good."

"Great! Stay and yummy breakfast!"

The one challenge was the bathroom- it was a part of the one bedroom and did not have a door -just a curtain. Difficult for 3 adults travelling together. Otherwise highly recommend!"

I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...

"They didn’t have the restaurant open, and they only have beers in the store of the hotel, no food The room was clean but I won’t recommend to stay if you are travelling as a tourist"

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Really beautiful and clean, super comfortable bed, hot showers with good pressure, very friendly and helpful staff. I highly highly recommend staying here, while in Beijing. The only thing that could improve is their breakfast hours. Breakfast ends at 9:30 which seemed super early, and also the dishes are not kept warm, so they get pretty cold after sitting for a couple hours. A couple of days, I had to eat some cold leftovers. They could also add a couple of higher...
