"There were USB outlets but only one worked which was a pain for two people trying to charge phones. There was only one electrical outlet in the bedroom. Elevator is extremely small. Trying to go up with two people plus luggage is not happening."

"Stairs were very steep but staff helped with suitcases"

"The location is what is worth it. We had issues checking in early (which we had paid for) and were informed 20 minutes before ou check in time. Also, issues with our door lock. As it’s a self-serve hotel, getting someone to help takes time. Also, the neighborhood gym was 1.1km away. Room was tiny and there were burns on the carpet. Still worth it for the price and location, but keep your expectations to a minimum."

"Proximity to train station, restaurants and laundromat. Few minutes walk only."

"Brilliant location, some staff seemed a little unfriendly. Rooms feel a little run down but the price is good for such a nice area."

"very small room & washrooms & very tight hallways. Not ideal if travelling lot of luggage. located in good area tho. Shoutout to Sam"

"Super friendly staff. Brilliant room. Beautifully Lots of nice touches. Would definitely recommend this hotel in a really good location. Will definitely book again when in London."

"Location is great. 24 hour reception is good. The basement hotel suite was a nightmare. Every person entering and leaving the property sounded like elephants. Rising damp and leaking windows added to the poor experience."
