"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "

"Offered a complimentary upgraded room for us on arrival. Room spotless, large comfortable bed, fridge, lovely toiletries in bathroom, tea, coffee, still & sparkling water and milk provided. We were on the top floor, very quiet at night so had a good nights sleep. Breakfast excellent in a very large room, good range of hot and cold options. Easy and fast check out. Underground parking under the hotel was £27 expensive but we have seen other hotels in London with extortionate prices so we were...
