"Overpriced and outdated. Not a 4-star experience anymore. This hotel might have earned 4 stars at some point, but those days are long gone. For the steep price they charge, the overall experience was a major letdown. To start, the front desk host was incredibly sullen and gloomy. At these rates, a welcoming and friendly attitude should be the bare minimum. Adding to the frustration, absolutely nothing is included. "The parking is not free it cost 130.00. The $70.00 remaining to be paid to the property ended up to be a $100.00 resort fee. I would still recommend the area but would check other hotel options."

"Stay here everytime I’m in DC for work and it’s perfect!"

"I was very disappointed with this property and would not stay again. There was a high pitch tone in the room at night and in the morning. There was a 30. daily fee added to the $300+ a night charge but could be used in restaurant so I went there for breakfast. The coffee was undrinkable and the food quite bad. Service the same. ugh Penty of other places to choose from."

"The 30 dollars fee i think is unecesary you dont use it"

"Loved the hotel and the staff was great. Great location. Loved the sitting area in the room."

"Great"

"Honestly it was all good the only annoying thing was that the Google Chromecast wouldn't work in our room. I did all the normal troubleshooting steps but didn't want to call customer service in the middle of the night"

"Great staff great hotel carpet smelled a little old but once h turn on the air it was fine. Only downside the housekeepers were sooo loud talking very loud and laughing through the halls talking in Spanish super loud every morning"
