"フロントには日本人スタッフがいて、日の丸のピンバッジをつけているのでわかりやすいです。 基本的には英語で話して通じれば問題ありませんが、わからなかったらすぐに助けてくれます。 ホテル内は清潔で、日系ホテルなのでウォシュレット（日本製）もあり、過ごしやすかったです。 朝食は、全体的に多くはありませんが十分です。日本食があり、おかずもお味噌汁もとても美味しかったです。 ダナンのホテルに泊まってから、こちらのホテルに来たのですがとてもホッとしました。 ベトナム料理に疲れていたのでとても癒されました。フォーも頼めますが、日本語の通じるスタッフさんだったので安心です。 車で移動してしまったので周りの場所との距離感があまりわかりませんが、ハノイにまた来る時はこちらのホテルを利用したいです。"
