"This hotel is in a strategic position for visiting the town, especially old quarter. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are large comfortable with nice views. The pool and the sky bar take you out of all the chaos of this big city and give you lovely moments of relaxation with wonderful views after busy touring all day. Breakfast is outstanding, offering both western specialities and Vietnamese ones. Last but not least, indulging in the very relaxing massages is great."

"This hotel is located near Lake Hoan Kiem, it’s very convenient to access. My room was large enough and clean, faced on the street. So, weekends were loud until late but convenience store is across the street. Breakfast was also good. Staff served tea or coffee, there are many kinds of food. At night I went to the bar on the 10th floor. The view from the top was beautiful. Every staff was kind and helpful to me. I would like to stay here again if I have chance to come to Hanoi."

We had booked a room with a window but it was impossible to see outside due to frosted glass and was too high even if it was not frosted. Breakfast was amazing!
