"Lovely hotel, large room and really friendly check in. The bed was hideously uncomfortable though, an old, thin mattress that had two dents where people had slept over the years. You could feel every spring. Thin walls with a dog barking all night in the room next door. We didn’t sleep at all. Shame as it is lovely but not what we needed as a stop over before the trip in the tunnel the next day"

"I've been staying here a couple of weeks now for work/business, the rooms are spotless, great facilities; kettle, fridge, microwave, shower gel, hand soap, washing up liquid, glasses, cups, cutlery. WiFi, TV. Co op and pub restaurant within 50m, various takeaways within 150m. "We enjoyed staying at this Premier Inn which was a 10 minute walk into town. The room was clean and spacious. The meals were delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and it was £10 a night. We would stay again. "

"We stayed here for one night over the weekend, a pretty little property around 30 minutes walk from central Canterbury. This wasn't too much of an issue as we are happy to walk but it was further than anticipated. We slept so well in the soft bed and liked our little room. When we arrived however there was a brown stain in the toilet and although we flushed it a few times, it would always come back which suggests plumping needs a look at.
