"Beautiful beach with access to two large pools and a waterpark. The Barbecue and Turkish restaurants were our favorite. We always ate at the 6pm sitting and never had an issue with service or the food being cold. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. Would recommend and stay there again in the future:)"

"The overall vibe of the hotel and location was perfect. Very friendly staff and nice welcoming gifts and details. The only thing I missed was a TV in the room but I understood afterwards that it is part of the concept of the hotel. And although my room said to be partially ocean view, this was a minimum but on the otherhand really enjoyed the lounge areas by the pool and sea."

She thinks of every 5 star detail from mint water in the refrigerator to making the most delicious breakfasts including cappuccinos or hot herbal teas, fruit smoothies, delicious pancakes, french toast, omelettes, fresh delicious fruit breads, yogurt bowls with granola, and fresh fruit. "The rooms were nice enough with a giant window with an ocean view. The beach was very nice with crystal clear water and bunches of fish that came begging to be fed. The worst points were two of the three on-site restaurants. Porto Fino and the steak house were awful. We nearly cancelled after our first experience with the "Italian" place. Service was absurdly bad. 20 minutes before our water glass was filled, meal took a very long time to arrive and it came out cold and lukewarm. The steak...

From the moment we arrived the entire trip took a turn for the worst they told us room was not ready at check in had to sit and wait with our luggage after traveling for hours not showering and eating or taking meds then they told us that our room wouldn’t be ready til the following day after making us wait entire day they had us stay in a different villa than what we booked then the next day they brought us to our villa in the evening no curtains on windows one of the beds...

"We enjoyed our stay. There are two beaches. Both very lovely and the water is crystal clear. The Salty Iguana by the beach had great food and drinks. Seem to be enough chairs for everyone both by the beach and pools. The only problem we had was they didn’t clean the room the last two days. We had to call for clean towels and to have the trash emptied. Otherwise a great place to stay."
