"We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. The location near Victoria Station and many good restaurants is great. Would definitely stay here again."

"This hotel has the perfect location to explore London. The staff is extremely nice and we felt very welcome. Especially the front desk agent that checked us in and also checked us out, went above and beyond. He was very kind, paid attention to our needs, explained everything in detail, was very empathetic. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."

"The location is great. The hotel is kept and maintained brilliantly. Sadly, my stay and sleep was ruined by some very loud drilling and banging in the very earlier hours of Saturday morning.
When I told the staff about this all they said was that they would look into and walked off.
Overall, brilliant hotel. Just a terrible experience which I hope is a one off."

"Not a fan of the fee for early check in, staff was kinda rude everytime I spoke to them, cafe closed early even though it was like a food restaurant as well so not really accessible, vending machine inside was SO expensive & hotel located in not the greatest area to go out in at night.
